Email/Dashboard services (ordered through your account): Course Registration, Remita/RRR, Assignment Writing, Handout Summary, CV Writing, Typing.

WhatsApp-only services (due to complex back-and-forth requirements): Project & Research Writing, Seminar Paper Writing, SPSS Data Analysis, Plagiarism Check & Reduction. For these, tap the service card and you'll be directed to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message.

Absolutely. We treat all student data with strict confidentiality. Your academic work, login credentials, and personal information are never shared with third parties. Our platform uses JWT-authenticated sessions and SHA-256 password hashing to protect your account.

Our services are primarily designed for Federal University Otuoke students. Some services (like CV writing and typing) are available to anyone, but portal-related services (course registration, RRR, result checking) are specific to FUOtuoke's systems.

Payment receipts are typically verified within 15–30 minutes during business hours. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email notification and your order status will update in your dashboard automatically.

2. Go to Services in your dashboard
3. Select the service you need and fill in the details
4. Submit your order and proceed to payment
5. Transfer via Moniepoint and upload your receipt
6. Wait for confirmation — your work begins immediately after payment is verified.

All orders are tracked in your student dashboard under "My Profile → Order History". Each order shows a progress bar with four stages: Pending → Confirmed → In Progress → Completed. You'll also receive an email notification at each major status change.

Orders can be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment is verified and work has begun, cancellation may not be possible for orders that require significant work (e.g. project writing). Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make changes.

Course registration is typically completed within 2–4 hours during business hours, same day for orders received before 4 PM. During peak registration periods, we handle orders as fast as possible and will notify you of any delays.

Yes, creating an account on V-Net Online Cafe is completely free. You only pay for the specific services you order. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges.

Go to the Reset Password page and enter your registered email address. We'll send you a secure reset link valid for 1 hour. Click the link in your email to set a new password. No OTP codes — just a clean, simple link.

For your security, sessions expire automatically after 1 hour of inactivity. You'll see a warning at 55 minutes. Simply sign back in to continue — your order history and profile are always saved.

Most deliveries are made via email — your completed document, registered courses confirmation, or output is sent directly to your registered email address. You'll also receive an in-app notification when your order is marked complete.

By default, written work (assignments, summaries, project chapters, CVs) is delivered as Word (.docx) and/or PDF. If you need a specific format, mention it in the order notes and we'll accommodate you.
