V-Net Online Cafe is a campus service business operating at Federal University Otuoke (FUOtuoke), Bayelsa State, Nigeria. We provide document typing, printing, academic registration assistance, and related student support services.

2. Service Usage Rules

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete information in your order
Submit only one order per task — duplicate submissions are subject to cancellation
Not submit orders on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent
Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse our submission system
Communicate respectfully with our team via WhatsApp

3. Order Submission & Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received, subject to workload
A reference number is generated automatically upon submission — save it
Normal processing time is 24–48 hours; urgent orders (same-day) attract an additional ₦500 fee
We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these terms or cannot be completed
Order confirmation via WhatsApp is required to initiate processing

4. Payment Terms

Fixed-price services require payment before order processing begins
Payment must be made to our designated account — details are provided at checkout
A valid payment receipt must be uploaded with your order
We do not accept cash payments through this website
Quote-based services are priced per request — final pricing is confirmed via WhatsApp before work begins

5. Refund Policy

Before work begins: Full refund available upon request
After work has begun: Partial refund at our discretion, depending on work completed
After delivery: No refund unless the delivered work materially differs from what was ordered
Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 48–72 hours of approval

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all documents and files you submit to us
We do not claim any rights to your academic work, personal documents, or uploaded content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content for processing
We will not reproduce, share, or retain your documents beyond the period needed to complete your request

7. Confidentiality

We treat all order details, login credentials (where provided for portal assistance), and personal information as strictly confidential. Login credentials provided for portal or registration tasks are used solely for that specific task and are not stored after completion.

8. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee:

Specific academic outcomes resulting from work we complete
Portal access success where university systems are down or locked
Same-day delivery during public holidays or periods of exceptionally high demand
Uninterrupted availability of this website or our WhatsApp channel

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

Submit academic work that violates your institution's academic integrity policy
Process documents intended for illegal or fraudulent use
Impersonate another student or submit portal credentials that are not yours
Spam or flood our order system with repeated submissions

10. Liability Limitation

V-Net Online Cafe is not liable for:

Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through appropriate Nigerian legal channels.
